Each of our chiropractors are fully qualified and registered with the British Chiropractic Association and their regulatory body, the General Chiropractic Council. They all use a range of techniques including manipulation, massage, electrotherapy, and may give advice on posture, diet, lifestyle, exercise and ergonomics.
You are important to us, and we are here to help...
When you come to see us, the chances are we're the first chiropractors you have visited and you probably have lots of questions about what we do and how we do it. That's good. It's good to have concerns about who you entrust with your health. That's why we're happy for you to ask as many questions as you need to satisfy yourself that a chiropractor here can help you.
When you call us we guarantee you'll get a warm and sympathetic reception from our excellent reception team. We all know it's not pleasant to be in pain and our overriding aim is to get you out of pain as quickly as possible. So when you call us, our reception staff will find you an appointment slot at the earliest time you can make. With four chiropractors working at the clinic we can usually get you an appointment within 24 hours. Our reception team is made up of our practice manager Debbie, and our receptionists; Sarah, Mel, and Mary. They're all regular patients so know what it's like when you are in pain and want it sorted straight away!
Meet the team...
The chiropractors are all graduates of one of the most prestigious chiropractic colleges in the world, the Anglo-European College of chiropractic.
Simon Smith, BSc (Chiro), DC, C.C.E.P.
Simon graduated at the prestigious AECC college in 1994. He worked down south for the first 8 years of his chiropractic career. He and Christopher Binks opened the Broadgate Chiropractic Clinic in 2000 and since then have managed to help thousands of people like you get back to the lives they wish to lead. Simon has a special interest in treating injuries to the extremities and, as well as the mainstream conditions a chiropractor can treat, Simon is also a fully qualified Master Practitioner of NLP and can help you with a variety of issues relating to how effective you are at dealing with problems around you, be that stress, relationship issues, phobias and allergies, limiting beliefs etc. and how that impacts on your physical health and symptoms.
Christopher Binks, BSc (Chiro), DC
Chris is a local Horsforth lad. He graduated in 1994 at the same time as Simon. Chris worked at Roundhay Chiropractic Clinic for 8 years where he really honed his chiropractic skills. He eventually opened his own clinic, with Simon in 2000. A keen sportsman himself, Chris has a strong interest in treating sports injuries. He uses a range of techniques, especially working on the soft tissues of the body but he also treats all the mainstream chiropractic problems with patients from all walks of life and abilities.
Nikos Skobris BSc, MChiro, DC
Nikos was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. He finished High School in 1994 and continued his education at the University of Western Ontario where he gained a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1998.
Following his degree he continued his studies at the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth. When he graduated in 2002 he was given the opportunity to work at The Broadgate Chiropractic Clinic where he has expanded his techniques of healing with an entirely holistic approach. Niko ensures each patient is treated as a unique individual and that treatment is tailored to the individual.
Niko incorporates a diverse range of approaches to chiropractic care and has continued his studies with Sacro-occipital techniques, Neuro-impulse technique, active muscle release technique, Applied Kinesiology as well as the traditional chiropractic techniques
