We've included our new patient paperwork forms in case you wanted to print these off and fill them in before your visit, and a FAQ section to answer some of the most common questions we get asked. If you have one that isn't answered in it, just give us a call and we will do our best.

When you call us we guarantee you'll get a warm and sympathetic reception from our excellent reception team. We all know it's not pleasant to be in pain and our overriding aim is to get you out of pain as quickly as possible. So when you call us, our reception staff will find you an appointment slot at the earliest time you can make. With four chiropractors working at the clinic we can usually get you an appointment within 24 hours. Our reception team is made up of our practice manager Debbie, and our receptionists; Sarah, Mel, and Mary. They're all regular patients so know what it's like when you are in pain and want it sorted straight away!

How long will it take me to get better?
That is the $64,000 question, but basically it depends on the following variables; how long you have been aware of the problem, how long it has ACTUALLY been present, what tissue structures have been affected and how badly as in whether we are seeing signs of wear and tear, and finally your age and recuperative powers.

I work full time, do you have convenient working hours?
We open from 8am to between 6.30 and 8pm depending on the day of the week and do Saturday mornings. So, with a little flexibility on your part, we can pretty much assure you that we will have a spot for you when you need to come in. The only time when we might not be able to offer you such availability is for your new patient appointment because you will be with us for the best part for an hour. After that your visits will be shorter and appointments will be easier to fit around you.

Will I have to keep coming forever?

The average is 6-8 treatments before feeling back to normal and functioning well.

Am I too old/young to benefit from treatment?

Our youngest patient is 3 weeks old. Our oldest is 92! Chiropractic treatment is tailored to you, the patient. The chiropractor will take many factors into account when commencing treatment including your age, current medical conditions, level of health and fitness etc. They can use many different techniques to treat different people ensuring chiropractic is safe but effective for everyone.

Where can I park?

We are in a shared building with a local GP surgery and Lloyds Chemist. There is a big car park out front which is for our patients too. So parking should not be a problem.
